Processing Your Order
Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your jewelry arrives beautifully and safely.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping & Tracking
After your order leaves our studio, delivery times will depend on your selected shipping method and destination.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. If your tracking information has not updated yet, this is completely normal and usually resolves shortly.
Need to Make a Change?
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs processing, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
• Checking around your delivery location
• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Contacting your local courier
If you still cannot locate your package, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
