We want you to absolutely love your jewelry. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help with a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Proof of purchase is required

Store Credit Policy

Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Store credit:

• Never expires
• Can be used on any item in our store
• Is issued once returned items are received and inspected

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are final sale:

• Earrings
• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the situation and make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

How To Start A Return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your package. Store credit will be issued once your return has been inspected and approved.
